What's wrong with your appstore, unresponsive or nothing？
If it is the former，you can try reinstall
sudo apt pruge deepin-app-store
sudo apt remove deepin-app-store
sudo apt install deepin-app-store
If the latter，you can try change aonther Software source
To Switch The Mirror: Run Control Center『Update →Update Settings』click on Switch Mirror to set the mirror.😁
